2026年も、皆様に安全に観光を楽しんでいただけるよう、冬のドライブに関する大切なお知らせです。

冬の由布院周辺の峠道は天候が変わりやすく、急な降雪や路面の凍結が発生することがあります。たとえ平地で雪が降っていなくても、山間部では路面状況が刻一刻と変化します。

安心・安全な旅のために、お車でお越しの際は必ず以下の準備をお願いいたします。

・冬用タイヤ（スタッドレスタイヤ）の装着
・タイヤチェーンの携行

ノーマルタイヤでの雪道走行は大変危険ですので、万全の装備でゆとりを持ってお越しください。出発前には必ず最新の気象情報と道路交通情報の確認をお願いいたします。

To ensure your trip to Yufuin is safe and enjoyable, please be aware of winter driving conditions.

1. Winter Tires & Chains Required Roads can freeze or become snow-covered, especially on the Expressway from Fukuoka and the Yamanami Highway from Beppu. For your safety, please ensure your vehicle is equipped with winter tires (studless tires) or carry snow chains.

2. Early Travel Recommended In winter, it gets dark very quickly around 5 PM. Many mountain roads lack streetlights, making visibility poor. If you are not used to driving on mountain roads or in icy conditions, we strongly recommend arriving at your destination before sunset while it is still bright.
