平素より「ゆふいんチッキ」をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

このたび、2025年10月1日より手荷物のお預かりおよび旅館への回収・配達料金を改定させていただきます。

お客様にはご負担をおかけしますが、より良いサービスをご提供できるよう努めてまいりますので、ご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

【2025年10月1日からの新料金】

手荷物預かり料金　Baggage Storage Fee
Lサイズ（高さ: 60㎝以上/H: 60cm & up）：¥800
Mサイズ（高さ: 60cm未満/H: under 60cm）：¥600
Sサイズ（小さなカバンなど/Small handbags）：¥500

旅館 ⇔ チッキ配達料金※　Baggage Delivery Fee to Ryokan (Hotel)
LLサイズ（高さ: 80㎝以上/H: 80cm & up）：¥1,200
Lサイズ（高さ: 60㎝以上80cm未満/H: between 60cm and 80cm, not including 80cm）：¥1,000
Mサイズ（高さ: 60㎝未満/H: under 60cm）：¥800
Sサイズ（小さなカバンなど/Small handbags）：¥600
SSサイズ（小さな紙袋など/Small paper bags）：¥300

※20kg以上のお荷物は、上記配達料金に加えて重量超過料金を申し受けます。

重量超過料金　 Overweight surcharge
20㎏以上25kg未満（between 20kg and 25kg, not including 25kg）：＋￥200
25㎏以上（25kg & up）：＋￥500
